Most Ghanaian private schools run on notebooks and a treasurer's memory. Fees leak, attendance is guessed, and parents hear about it late. Somavi asked us for something a teacher could learn in an afternoon and a school could afford per student.
Fees invoice per term, Paystack or cash, part-payments allowed. Outstanding balances stay visible until they're not.
Design and engineering sat together for four weeks in Osu. We modelled the school first — terms, classes, guardians, receipts — then drew screens on top of it. Every list is one tap from the record it describes.
Cedi-first pricing, SMS to guardians (not email — nobody reads it), and a demo school that anyone can log into without signing up.
